What AI really changes in your teams' work

Your teams may already use AI to write. The point now is to apply it at the heart of the job.

The first uses are usually generic: summarise, rephrase, draft a message. They save time. But they are not enough to transform a function. The real potential sits in the moves that produce its value: preparing a meeting, interpreting a variance, making a process dependable or resolving a complex request.

The organisations getting the most value from AI stand out in particular by redesigning their workflows, rather than merely adding tools.

One keynote cannot speak to every function the same way

A sales team, a finance department and a customer service function do not share the same tasks, the same risks or the same definition of a good result. A generic keynote often leaves them with interesting ideas and few handholds on their daily work.

The principle of Your function, augmented is simple: a common base on adoption, and a talk rebuilt around one function, its moves and its constraints.

The question it addresses

How do you move from generic, individual uses to gains that matter for the work and the results of a function?

Who it is for

Sales kickoffs, marketing offsites, finance days, operations meetings, customer service conventions, HR congresses and functional events.

  • Business uses
  • Productivity
  • Skills
  • Taking action

Choose it if your audience shares the same job and wants to recognise itself in every example.

What the keynote sets in motion

Starting from the real work

The preparation identifies the recurring tasks, the irritants and the points of caution specific to the function. AI is never presented in the abstract.

Separating real gains from false good ideas

Some tasks benefit from being augmented. Others demand too much checking, weaken the relationship, or simply move the work elsewhere. Saying both strengthens the credibility of the talk.

Choosing a testable use

The room identifies a use case useful enough to count and simple enough to be tried within the organisation's rules.

Preparation that starts on the ground

Before the talk, Salime speaks with the sponsor and, where the scope allows, with one or two people who actually do the job. The question is not “which tools do you want to show?” but “where does your team lose time, quality or energy?”

The keynote is then organised around a few recognisable moves. That is what lets a room think not “AI is impressive” but “I can finally see where it is useful in my work”.

Public references by function

Salime has spoken for Cerfrance Lens on “L'IA démystifiée — impact, opportunités et défis pour le 21ème siècle”, demystifying AI, and for Cartes Bancaires CB on “Le commerce de demain : perspectives et prospectives”, the future of commerce. Those references attest to his ability to enter distinct professional environments. Your own keynote will be tailored from your own function.

Formats

45 to 60 minutes. Up to 90 minutes with interaction. French or English. One main function is recommended; two can be combined if they genuinely share stakes.

The questions that come up

What if our function is not among the six?

The six editions cover the most frequent requests. Other functions can be studied, provided there is the time and the access needed to prepare a credible talk.

Can several functions be combined?

Two close functions can sometimes be brought together. Beyond that, the content risks turning generic again; Augmented talent will often be the better fit.

How does it differ from training?

The keynote gives a reading of the job, makes the uses desirable and helps choose where to act. Training then teaches how to use a tool or run a method. The two complement each other.

What does it cost?

The fee depends on the format, the location, the language and above all on how far the content is tailored to the function. A rough envelope lets us quickly settle the right depth of preparation.

Let your audience recognise its own job

If your event brings one function together, do not offer it a generic AI talk. Make its work the subject.
