The adoption gap

You have bought AI.Your teams have not adopted it.

The licences are deployed. A handful of enthusiasts are moving fast. Everyone else is waiting, watching, or quietly dropping out. That gap does not close with one more tool demo. It closes with people, inside the real work, together.

Salime's best keynote has not happened yet. It is yours.

This is not a formula. None of his keynotes is played twice the same way, because no two organisations are at the same point.

Every keynote is designed from your reality: your business, your stakes, how your people actually use AI and where they resist it.

The result: your participants are not sitting through a generic talk. They recognise themselves, they experiment, and they leave wanting to act, together.

Torn between several keynotes?

Every talk is built from your audience, your stakes and how far you have gone with AI.

The method

One compass. Four bearings. One needle to see them coming.

maars Compass: four bearings that take an organisation from AI ambition to real adoption. Plus a needle that anticipates them, because none of them arrives when planned. On a continuous loop: adoption is not a project you close, it is a state you maintain. On stage it is the thread running through the keynote. After the keynote it is the roadmap.

A compass does not tell you where to go. It tells you where north is, so that you can decide.

Bio

Salime discovered AI when he joined Google, in 2012. Since then he has been getting hesitant organisations to take the step.

He co-founded the first web agency in Normandy in 1997, then joined the founding team of Wanadoo (Orange). In 2002 he opened a connected French patisserie in Athens. After a spell at Alcatel-Lucent he joined Google, where he would lead marketing for Google Cloud between Paris and Mountain View.

Thirty years in technology taught him one thing: technology has never been the problem. The problem is how long people take to make it their own. He watches that gap repeat itself in every organisation he meets, from the boardroom to the shop floor.

That is why he goes on stage. Not to run through the tools of the moment, but to leave behind people who know what to do the next morning.

Today he runs maars and hosts Talents Augmentés on BFM Business, which forces him to keep his own convictions up to date, in front of witnesses.
