The skills that gain value once expertise becomes available to all

If anyone can get an answer, what still makes the difference?

AI widens access to knowledge and speeds up part of intellectual work. It does not make people secondary. It moves value towards what stays hard to standardise: framing the real problem, exercising judgement, building trust and getting a collective to act.

Employers surveyed by the World Economic Forum expect 39% of workers' key skills to change by 2030.

The soft skills debate is too vague

Saying that human skills are becoming important is not enough. Which ones? In which situations? And how do you build them without reducing them to a list of abstract qualities?

The human advantage answers with observable capabilities: asking a question nobody had formulated, deciding on incomplete information, connecting weak signals, creating the conditions for useful disagreement, giving meaning to an action.

The aim is neither to reassure artificially nor to dramatise. It is to show where the human contribution is moving and how each person can strengthen it.

The question it addresses

When AI puts part of expertise within everyone's reach, which human skills become decisive, and how do you actually exercise them?

Who it is for

HR conventions, management offsites, corporate universities, learning days, functional transformations and all-employee gatherings.

  • Skills
  • Culture
  • Employability

Choose it if there is anxiety about becoming obsolete, if your company is revising its skills frameworks, or if you want to put people back at the centre without setting people against technology.

What the keynote sets in motion

Moving from qualities to skills

Curiosity, critical thinking or empathy are only worth something if they change a way of working. The keynote ties them to precise situations: framing a problem, making a call, cooperating and learning.

Turning anxiety into a capacity to act

The audience sees that the question is not only “will my job disappear?” but “which part of my value is moving?”. That shift makes the subject less abstract and more workable.

Giving HR and managers a compass

The keynote provides a shared language for talking about the skills to build, the experiences to create and the behaviours the organisation genuinely needs to encourage.

A reference that ties people to technology

Salime spoke at the VINCI Facilities Meet Up on “Nos richesses humaines à l'heure de l'IA”, on human capital in the age of AI.

“Working with Salime was a revelation for our teams, with tangible results within the first few weeks.”

Sandrine Slonina · Sales Director · VINCI Facilities

That reference establishes the territory. The content of your own talk is still built from your functions, your tensions and your organisation's vocabulary. The testimonial was given in French and is translated here.

An exercise that leaves a mark

The room is not handed a list of future skills. It works on one question: in your business, what gains value precisely because AI is advancing?

The answers reveal the gaps between what the organisation values today and what it will need tomorrow. They can then feed a management discussion, a development programme or deeper HR work.

Formats

45 to 60 minutes. Short version from 20 minutes. Up to 90 minutes with interaction. French or English. The keynote can open an HR convention or launch a piece of work on skills.

The questions that come up

Is this a talk about soft skills?

It goes further. It turns notions that are too general into observable skills, tied to decisions, interactions and real working situations.

Does it work for an anxious room?

Yes. It does not promise that nothing will change. It shows what does change, what stays deeply human, and where each person can take back control.

Can it feed a skills plan?

Yes, provided you treat it as a trigger. What the room produces can then be structured with HR, with managers, or in a dedicated masterclass.

What does it cost?

The proposal depends on the format, the location, the language and how far the content is tailored. Sharing your envelope and the role the keynote plays in your event lets us define the right scope.

Reveal what your organisation needs to strengthen

If your AI transformation raises a question of skills and confidence first, this keynote gives it a language and a direction.
