Salime discovered AI when he joined Google, in 2012. Since then he has been getting hesitant organisations to take the step.
Salime Nassur is an international keynote speaker on the collective adoption of artificial intelligence. Former marketing director at Google Cloud, founder of maars and creator of the show Talents Augmentés on BFM Business, he speaks in keynote, masterclass and executive experience formats to boards, managers and teams, in French and in English. More than 600 talks in over 20 countries.
He co-founded the first web agency in Normandy in 1997, then joined the founding team of Wanadoo (Orange). In 2002 he opened a connected French patisserie in Athens. After a spell at Alcatel-Lucent he joined Google, where he would lead marketing for Google Cloud between Paris and Mountain View.
Thirty years in technology taught him one thing: technology has never been the problem. The problem is how long people take to make it their own. He watches that gap repeat itself in every organisation he meets, from the boardroom to the shop floor.
That is why he goes on stage. Not to run through the tools of the moment, but to leave behind people who know what to do the next morning.
Today he runs maars and hosts Talents Augmentés on BFM Business, which forces him to keep his own convictions up to date, in front of witnesses.
Putting a little humanity back into a working world short of bearings.

What he stands for
AI does not make people obsolete. It makes adaptability essential. And the gap between what an organisation decides and what its teams actually do is closed by people, not by tools.
It is also why he turns some invitations down. A talk that pleases without changing anything is a failed talk, and it is better said before than after.
What he is not.
He is not an AI researcher and does not claim to explain how the models work. He is not a futurist and makes no ten-year predictions. He is not a tool trainer and will not demo the latest gadgets. What he does know how to do is get an entire organisation using what it has already bought.

Biography · 200 words
Salime Nassur is one of the leading voices on the human and collective adoption of artificial intelligence. His starting point is documented: organisations have bought AI at scale, yet most struggle to get real value from it. The gap is not technological, it is human and collective. Former marketing director at Google Cloud, educated at Stanford Graduate School of Business, he founded maars to reconcile AI with human skills. He creates and hosts Talents Augmentés on BFM Business, where he translates AI into concrete uses for jobs, skills and careers. On stage he connects vision to execution: he brings boards and employees along, names and clears the resistance, and sets a lasting adoption dynamic in motion through his own method, maars Compass. Where many stop at inspiration, he aims at collective action, and extends it with activation programmes. His goal: that by the end of the day nobody merely understands AI, but becomes augmented talent. More than 600 talks in over 20 countries, in French and in English.
