The context

The question is no longer whether AI will transform your organisation.

It is why, in your organisation, it has not done so yet. The licences are deployed. A handful of enthusiasts are moving fast. Everyone else is waiting, watching, or quietly dropping out. That gap does not close with one more tool demo.

of organisations report regular use of AI in at least one function, against 78% a year earlier.

What sets him apart

What separates one AI keynote speaker from another?

  1. 01

He was already on it in 2012.

Salime joined Google that year and has never stopped working on the subject since. This is not expertise assembled after 2022.

  2. 02

He hosts his own television show.

Talents Augmentés, on BFM Business, is the first show on a French national channel devoted to AI and skills. Preparing each episode forces him to re-check what he thinks he knows.

  3. 03

He has a named method, not only a talk.

maars Compass structures his talks, and serves as the roadmap afterwards. Four bearings and a needle to see what is coming.

  4. 04

He does not stop at the applause.

maars works with organisations all year round. That is where the cases, the figures and the resistance Salime talks about on stage come from.

The formats

Which AI keynote format should you choose?

Whatever shape the talk takes, every experience follows the Activation Keynote approach: bring people on board, get them taking part, and trigger a concrete move.

FormatLengthAudienceWhat happens afterwards
The keynote20 to 60 minutes, or 90 minutes in the extended format. From 20 to 10,000 peopleEveryone shares the same reading and knows where to start
The masterclass90 minutes to half a dayFrom 15 to 60 peopleEach person leaves having tested one use on their own work
The executive experienceFrom 2 to 3 hours, or one to two days as an offsite. From 8 to 30 peopleThe committee has settled two or three concrete calls
The preparation

No talk is played twice the same way.

Before he goes on stage, Salime works through your business problem, the real uses in your sector and how far each of your populations has actually gone. Leaders, managers, business functions, front line: each group is at a different stage. The talk starts where they are, not where we would like them to be. What your audience sees is its own work.

The questions that come up

How do you choose an artificial intelligence keynote speaker?

Three criteria are enough. First: is he trying to explain AI, or to get it adopted? Those are two different jobs. Second: does his material date from last year or from this week? The subject moves too fast for a fixed talk. Third: does he prepare the talk from your context, or play the same one everywhere?

How much does an AI keynote cost?

Pricing depends on the length, the format and the location. Put your budget in the form, even a rough figure: it is the fastest way to know whether we are aligned.

What is the difference between an awareness keynote and an adoption keynote?

An awareness keynote makes people understand what is happening. An adoption keynote gets the people listening to move. The first is measured by the applause, the second by what changes the following week. Salime does both.

Do we need to have deployed AI tools already to book Salime?

No, but it is the most common case. Most organisations that book him have already invested and find that usage is not following. Others discover the opposite: their teams are already using AI, without a framework and without saying so. That shadow AI is not a problem in itself, it is a sign that usage exists and that the collective conversation has not happened yet. In both cases, the talk is there to start it.

Does Salime Nassur speak in English?

Yes, in all three formats, with the same preparation and the same standard as in French. He speaks across Europe, the Americas, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Travel expenses in addition.

How long does it take to prepare a talk?

Ideally six to ten weeks for a convention, four weeks for an executive committee. These are markers, not rules: it depends on the diary and on how clear the brief is. When a date is free and the context is sharp from the first exchange, Salime can move a great deal faster. Ask even two weeks out: the answer comes within 24 hours, and it is straight.

Who is Salime Nassur?

An international keynote speaker on the collective adoption of AI. He co-founded the first web agency in Normandy in 1997, joined the founding team of Wanadoo (Orange), led marketing for Google Cloud between Paris and Mountain View, then founded maars in 2020. He creates and hosts the show Talents Augmentés on BFM Business.

Can the keynote be extended into a longer programme?

Yes. maars works with organisations on their AI adoption all year round: the AI Action Day, leadership sessions, training paths. The keynote carries no obligation to go further.
