Soyez le changement que vous voulez voir dans votre entreprise

Sommet de l'Inclusion · Ministère de l'Économie

Moving inclusion from published policy to the acts each person can perform.

Excerpt from the talk

The problem it solves

Inclusion is written into charters, carried by internal networks, restated at every offsite. It rarely fails on intentions and almost always on ordinary behaviour, the kind nobody connects to the subject. As long as change remains a policy, it is waiting for somebody else.

What the room takes away

  • Why a well-written inclusion policy can leave the lived experience of teams untouched.
  • Where the subject is actually decided: ordinary behaviour, meetings, hiring, promotions.
  • What one person can change within their own remit without waiting for a programme.
  • A personal commitment put into words before leaving the room.
